MINDFUL MOVEMENT BASED in PILATES, YOGA, and BARRE FOR TAILOR-MADE SESSIONS
Alongside my work as a photographer and visual storyteller, I facilitate movement-based practices in intimate settings where presence, attention, and physical awareness matter. This work often unfolds within retreats, residencies, and long-form projects where time, place, and the body come into dialogue.
My approach draws from Pilates, Yoga, and Barre, with an emphasis on spinal mobility, core stability, sustainable movement, and breath-led awareness. These sessions support balance and cultivate the conditions that allow perception to deepen.
